A Charitable Organisation established to serve the society was launched on 20th March 2010 and is registered as a trust (trust act, section 60). The foundation has been established because of the dedication, devotion and passion of a young girl Ms. Rashi Singhal to serve the society. We provide counseling on lifestyle management, diabetes and hypertension. VMF also conducts community programs and provide education, research and training facilities.
Non-communicable disease (NCD) are now recogniszed as major cause of mordity and mortality worldwide. The major NCDS accounting for the highest burden of ill health are cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hypertension and obesity.
Project ORANGE Noida plans to reach out to thousands of children and adolescent of Noida using the school and community approach. Our goal is to estimate the prevalence of obesity, glucose, intolerance, hypertension, dyslipidemia and metabolic syndrome among children and adolescents aged 6-19yrs. and to raise awareness about NCDs among school children in NOIDA.

Vision Mission Foundation signed an MOU in 2010 to pursue research and education in the field of diabetes with Dr. V Mohan, President of Madras Diabetes Research Foundation (MDRF). VMF is the official training centre since 2011 - for the National Diabetes Educator Program to generate qualified diabetes educators.
