Vision Mission Foundation is the official training centre since 2011 - for the National Diabetes Educator Program to generate qualified diabetes educators.
Creating Diabetes Educators – Centre for training of doctors to qualify as diabetologist.

Training of CHC and PHC workers of Gautam Budh Nagar and nursing students for Project SAND for a target population of one lakh. Focus area of training Anthropometric measurements – height, weight, blood pressure, blood sugar. Basics of diabetes, counseling, communication and soft skills. Creating Diabetologist – MBBS doctors have been imparted training.
Multiple batches of students have qualified as Diabetes Educators.

All health workers in the organization belong to the neighbouring villages and have been trained in soft skills enabling them to deal with large number of people. IT based skills are also taught so that they can independently handle day to day data entry etc.
